  • Week 5 – Self-sabotaging Behaviors: You will learn the importance of not engaging in behaviors that harm you mentally, physically and spiritually.

Module 3: Combatting Fear: You will learn some common reasons for fear and how to combat these reasons.

Module 4: What Inspires You: You will identify what you are most passionate about and why.

Module 5: Creating Your Action Plan “Roadmap To Success”: You will create your own customized action plan that will lead you directly to achieving your identified goals.

Module 6: How To Stay Motivated: You will learn what motivates you and how to stay motivated over a period of time.

Module 7: Accountability: You will identify ways to hold yourself accountable.

  • Week 2 – Identifying Resources: You will be able to identify resources you can utilize to ensure you stay motivated and on track.
